Another day, another bad cop video

Use of force by the nation's police officers is under increasing scrutiny. The latest is out of Texas where a police officer was trying to get an intoxicated woman to go face down over the trunk of a car. He says she was resisting, so he body slams her to the pavement behind where her head struck so violently she was knocked unconscious. To make matters worse her six year old daughter witnessed the whole thing. Then again, to make matters worse still, her six year old daughter witnessed her mother publicly intoxicated in the first place.
