Another 14-Year-Old Alleged Criminal

Yesterday, we had the story of the 14-year-old Camden thug who participated in an attempted armed robbery of a cabbie complete with gun.

Today, there's a story out of Washington state of a 14-year-old who is accused of beating and raping an eight year old! According to Seattle television station KOMO, the boy lured the little girl into the woods by telling her he had a "surprise" for her. She apparently trusted him because she had seen him hanging around her brother. By the way, the 14-year-old is 6 feet tall and weighs 230 pounds, so the little girl had no chance.

He denied doing it at first, but when told that the police had both DNA evidence and surveillance video, he change his tune and said the sex was consensual. KOMO reports that when police asked him if he thought it was proper to have sex with an 8-year-old, he replied, "I thought she was older than that." As if that would make it right; I don't know if he ever claimed the beating was consensual, also. There is a chance the scum bag will be tried as an adult.
