The weekend worked out cloudier than expected. There was just some intervals of sunshine both days.  High temperatures Sunday only reached the upper 40s to low 50s, which is way below the seasonal average.

Today we'll see temperatures around 50, perhaps a shade above or below, with clouds breaking for some sunshine later this morning.  Hopefully, as we move through the day, there will be more in the way of sunshine.

Clear skies tonight and chilly, with temperatures in the 30s and 20s.

There should be a fair amount of sunshine, with temperatures in the 50s.

Our coastal storm next on tap is going to be moving up the Eastern Seaboard.  It's going to be in the vicinity of North Carolina Tuesday night or Wednesday morning.  Most of the models are taking us right up the coast line, with a dose of heavy rain and some gusty winds.

Certainly winds along the coast could be 30 to 40 miles an hour, with possible gusts between 45 and 50.  The storm will start to drift away on Thursday.  Friday and the upcoming weekend look okay.
