In light of the NSA scandal that has had the nation up in arms recently, internet users have been looking for a more anonymous way to surf the web.

While more secrets continue to be unveiled about the extent of the US Government tracking us online and on our cell phones, it's not known just how much or how little is accessible, but this little known search engine may help you feel more secure.

DuckDuckGo is a search engine that does not store IP addresses.

Founder Gabriel Weinberg told NBC News,

"I didn't want to be involved in handing data to the government." He decided against storing it in the first place. He said he has never been approached by the government with a request for data.
