Activist Group Buys Billboard in Pitman to Combat Christmas

A Wisconsin-based activist group has taken exception to a yearly billboard in Pitman, NJ that reads "Keep the Christ in Christmas." This year, the activist group decided to do something about it.

The activist group known as the Freedom From Religion Foundation purchased a billboard right next to the Knights of Columbus billboard that reads "Keep Saturn in Saturnalia." The sign refers to refers to a two-week festival between the winter solstice and the new year during the period of the Roman empire.
