A Longer School Year in New Jersey? Would it Help? [POLL]

Jim has been talking this morning about the pilot program that could come to the Garden State that would extend the school year.

Is extending the school year a good thing, though? Do kids need that time to be away from the books and experience social interaction during the summer months?

Maybe the longer school year would be more helpful to the students that are lagging behind or need the extra help?
