As usual we review high temperatures for Monday, and I predicted mid to upper 40s, and that's exactly what happened.  It was 44 in Wrightstown to 48 in Atlantic City.

Today's temperatures will be similar.  They will be well into the 40s, despite the fact that rain will develop during the afternoon. First in South Jersey, by late morning or midday.  The rain will work its way as far north as maybe north of Rt. 78.  It won't make it that far north until this evening and tonight.

Rain heavy at times, with strong gusty winds.  20 to 35 or higher gusts.  A nasty stormy night coming up settling in the 40s.  There could be a sprinkling of power outages due to the wind.

Any early rain tapers off to scattered showers during Wednesday morning, and then variable clouds, with breaks of sun possible.  Some highs 55 to 60.

Partly to mostly Thursday with a few showers possible.  Some highs Thursday in the only 30s.
