A bumpy 2015 beginning for Chris Christie
Gov. Chris Christie has not gotten off to a smooth start in January for the presidential sweepstakes.
While he has been battling new questions about a federal investigation and his bromance with Jerry Jones, his main rival for the nomination, Jeb Bush, has been quietly locking up Republican donors.
Even Christie supporters are growing weary of the delay in movement.
One told Bloomberg that the longer a candidate waits, the harder it is for donors to resist other candidates.
The governor is expected to make an announcement soon.
