A backup plan for when you miss bulk pickup

When you miss bulk pickup, I guess this is what you do. Walk your chair down to the playground and throw it out in a public trash can so no one can trace it back to your house. Hey, to quote the great Drinkin' Outta Cups video, not my chair not my problem.
