Time for a math lesson New Jersey homeowners, so listen up!

Blockbusting is a term used for when a person or group goes into a neighborhood and scares the residents into selling their homes for far less than market value.

Blockbusting is the accusation being made against some Orthodox Jewish members in areas like Lakewood, Toms River, Jackson and Howell. This is not the case.

If someone was guilty of blockbusting, they'd be offering you far LESS than what your home is actually worth. In the cases of these NJ neighborhoods, homeowners were being offered much MORE than what they're homes were actually worth.

If you don't want to make money on your home and you're happy where you live, don't sell. But if you are ok with making much more money on your home than it is worth and moving elsewhere, by all means, sell your home!
