Thousands of New Jerseyans haven't received their tax returns yet. Are you one of them? 

During the May edition of Ask the Governor, Gov. Christie seemed surprised to hear that a caller hadn't received their tax returns, and said his officials would look into the delay. Still, more callers told us this morning that they're wondering where their money is, or that it's taken until July to receive their refund check.

The government's excuses over the years have included a variety of technical difficulties, but this year the state claims its new fraud detection system is to blame.
