Quiz tells you where in NJ you should live

I thought this would be nonsense until I took it. It's a short multiple choice quiz that's supposed to tell you where your personal ideal place is to live in New Jersey. It's based on things like transportation preferences; some like to drive, some younger people are gravitating towards mass transit, etc.. The eerie thing is it told me my ideal town would be Flemington, which is pretty darn close and quite similar to Hillsborough where I recently moved.
