There are so many stories we read every day that are sad or disheartening but every so often, there is a story that makes you feel better about humanity. This is one of those stories.  Bensalem's Kevin Grow, a teen who has Down Syndrome, became an internet sensation after an amazing performance in his last basketball game as a senior, signed a contract with the NBA's Philadelphia 76ers.

Kevin was a basketball manager for the Bensalem boy's team for 4 years until senior night. Grow suited up to play that night and hit 4 3-point shots to help his team beat Neshaminy 64-40.

The 76ers announced that they would sign Grow to a 2-day contract on Monday.  The contract was offered by Sixers President of Basketball Operations and General Manager Sam Hinkie at the team's practice facility.

You can watch the footage of Grow's incredible senior night performance below.
