Baby talk – A seven-week-old infant says ‘hello’

I didn't believe it either. Much like "the dress" of recent internet fame, this video is spreading quickly. It's a 7-week-old baby who says "hello" back to his mother. When I heard about it, I thought it was going to much like one of those cases where a dog owner insists their dog is clearly saying hello when it's just a jumble of sounds that you have to stretch your imagination to turn into hello. No, this kid really seems to be saying it. At 7 weeks. At 10 weeks he'll be taking PARCC.
