6 Families Displaced by Harrison Fire
Firefighters battled an early morning three-alarm fire in Harrison Wednesday.
The fire was first reported shortly after 3 a.m. at the home on South 5th Street according to ABC 7, which reports thick smoke and flames shooting out of roof and windows.
The fire has displaced at least 6 families who all got out safely, according to the station.
Fire crews got the fire under control before 6 a.m.. and contained it to one building which is likely a total loss according to NBC 4 New York. Several adjoining buildings sustained minor fire and water damage.
