Newark Public Safety Director Anthony Ambrose said shortly before 2 a.m. on Sunday police found two women and a man suffering from non-life-threatening gunshot wounds outside a Newark bar.

Authorities say the women are 34 and 45, and the man is 41. The victims, all from Newark, were not identified. Police say two have been released from University Hospital, and the third is stable.

It's unclear which have been released.

No further details, including what led to the shootings, were available.
