PLEASANTVILLE — A 23-year-old Atlantic County woman was killed early Sunday morning after her car crashed into a utility pole.
Investigators say Leishla M. Molina was traveling westbound on Delilah Road from Route 30 in this city when she crossed over onto the oncoming traffic lane, drove off the roadway and slammed into the pole.
No other cars were involved in the accident and she had no passengers in the car, police said.
Authorities did not say what caused the accident. Emergency responders arrived on scene about 4:10 a.m.
Molina was pronounced dead at the scene.
Delilah Road was closed between Franklin Boulevard and Route 30 for about three hours Sunday morning.
