2013 Commission of Investigation Annual Report

One of the small handful of State Agencies I admire is the SCI. For many years it has been the premier rooter out of corruption in New Jersey. In this report is a long, sad litany of their investigations. They have no prosecutorial powers, and must simply point out these cesspools of corruption to the Legislature which, more often than not, ignores it or covers it up. But they nevertheless plow on.
