Bergen County prosecutors say 19-year-old Melvin Guzman of Garfield and 21-year-old Patrick Morel of Clifton will be in court Tuesday afternoon. Bail for each has been set at $750,000.

The third suspect, 25-year-old Passaic resident Rafael Vasquez, remains hospitalized with a gunshot wound. His bail was set at $2 million.

All three defendants face robbery, aggravated assault and weapons charges. Vasquez is also charged with attempted murder.

The wounded Paramus officer, whose name hasn't been released, was making a marijuana buy when he was shot in the right hip and left lower leg. The wounds are not considered life-threatening.
