2 Gunned Down in Jersey City

Two men who were shot in Jersey City have died.

Police believe 22-year-old Jamal Cooks and 21-year-old Shawn Spencer were shot inside a vehicle on Van Nostrand Avenue on Monday evening.

Cooks was wounded in the torso and Spencer was shot in the head and shoulder. Both were pronounced dead at Jersey City Medical Center on Tuesday morning.

No arrests have been made.
