A Florham Park man was charged with sexually assaulting two underage girls on several occasions in three different towns.

Morris County Prosecutor Frederic Knapp said the mother of a 15-year-old girl reported to East Hanover Police that her daughter had been sexually assaulted when she was 14 by Colin Bolger, 19.

The investigation revealed that Bolger engaged in various sex acts with the girl in Florham Park and East Hanover, officials said.

Knapp said investigators learned that Bolger had also sexually assaulted another girl when she was 13-years-old in Florham Park and Hanover Township between September 2015 and April 2016.

Knapp said Bolger was charged with four counts of sexual assault, a second-degree crime, and four counts of endangering the welfare of a child, a third-degree crime. A restraining order is also in place against Bolger under the terms of Nicole's Law. He is being held at Morris County jail with bail set at $50,000.

The Morris County Prosecutor's Office does not release police booking photos of suspects. Morris County jail officials also denied a request by New Jersey 101.5 for a photo of the suspect.

In New Jersey, the legal age of consent is 16. Teens as young as 13 can consent to sexual relations with a partner who is up to four years older.

Knapp asked anyone with information should contact his office at 973-285-6200, Florham Park Police at 973-377-5441 or East Hanover Police at 973-428-3053.
