Bergen County Prosecutor John Molinelli says four suspects tried to break into a Jennifer Convertible store in Paramus around 4:30 a.m. Wednesday but drove off after police arrived.

He says the fleeing car hit an officer, who then fired several shots at the vehicle, hitting the driver. And then the car crashed into a divider on Route 4. Molinelli says the driver, 20-year-old Miguel Reyes, died.

Three other men, 25-year-old Nico Vega, 21-year-old Josue Felix and 24-year-old Hector Felix were all arrested. All four men are from New York City.
